Focused Therapeutic Work in a Supportive Container
Therapy Intensives
Sometimes meaningful change happens gradually through weekly therapy.
And sometimes it helps to dedicate focused time to working through a specific issue with care and intention.
Therapy intensives offer an opportunity to engage in deeper therapeutic work within a structured environment designed to support reflection, processing, and integration.
Rather than meeting weekly over several months, some clients benefit from dedicating several hours—or a full day—to working through a particular pattern, memory, or life transition.

Therapy intensives are available for:
• Current clients
• Returning clients
• Therapist referrals
• New clients seeking focused therapeutic work

Each intensive begins with a brief screening process to ensure this format is a good fit. All intensives also include a 60 minute integration session scheduled for after the intensive. Intensives are a self-pay service. Insurances will not cover the cost of therapy intensives. Flexible payment options are available through Klarna.

Signature Intensives
Signature Intensives are focused therapy experiences designed around specific themes that many individuals explore in therapy, such as trauma healing, identity development, and spiritual reconstruction. While each intensive follows a guiding theme, the work is always tailored to the individual and their unique story, goals, and readiness for deeper exploration. These intensives create space for meaningful therapeutic work that integrates reflection, emotional processing, and practical insight.

A PERSONALIZED THERAPEUTIC EXPERIENCE
While these themes can help guide the work, every therapy intensive is tailored to the individual.
The goal is not to force the experience into a predefined structure, but to create the space needed for meaningful therapeutic exploration.
REQUESTING AN INTENSIVE

Because therapy intensives involve several hours of focused therapeutic work, all requests begin with a brief screening process.
This process helps ensure that an intensive is an appropriate and supportive format for your current needs.
The process typically includes:
1. Completing a short inquiry form
2. A brief consultation call (for new clients and therapist referrals)
3. Scheduling the intensive if the format is a good fit
